The screw thread of molds shaped up by revolving grind into, so the screw thread of plastic shaped cap is very glazed like mirror; the screw thread core of molds there have circular water system, so the shaped cap of screw thread can not be able to distort.. The molds core of shaped and screw thread made as every single one, after finished and then inlay in molds board, it is very easy to repair the molds core, if you want to repair some molds core the other core of molds could work normally, The molds core have deal with by vacuum heat treatment£¨HRC50~520£© , the molds life is exceed 1000000 shots( times) long¡£ We processes molds cavities hole by CNC machine, if the molds cavities over 16 cavities, that could keep the molds front molds core & back molds core in the same coordinate. We use Germany NAXK bearing, it have double rotate function from side and face, that could keep the molds rotate core in a good rotate condition, that will never be locked. We use the Sweden XW-42 or XW-41 material as the rotate molds core, after vacuum heat treatment, the rotate core could overcome any resistance. We use Hasco parts such rifle axes & oil motor as drive device, the molds rotate core could go to the position that you want it, that do not care the closure is round or ellipse. We use the special milled machine to process the closure screw, the molds closure screw pitch & teeth distance & teeth depth all is very precise. We use the inner round milled machine process the molds front core and molds back core, concentric degree balance does not over 0.2MM. That will have not any sharp edge on or in the products. We build in the cooling system in every molds, that including the cap teeth molds, that can not let the typed cap teeth distort, the molds circle time keep during 20-25 seconds. We polished the molds as the mirror surface, the shaped products have a mirror surface, the products looks very noble & high quality. |
